today is the worst day. Damn leg got rashes due to medical bandage from the injury.. and have to salvage a drifting friendship...and come in first thing, kanna blamed by colleagues for sth which i didnt do at all. and.. when i try to find out who accused me.. realised tt different parties said different stories.. that means one side is cheating me. and i hate this..lying, betrayal.
when i tried to save myself.. no one supports me. and they said even if i didnt do.. i am to be blamed cos usual days i SEEMED like one whom would do it. well.. i am damn pissed and helpless. and.. when i try to sound out a work related problem to my boss.. and i had no choice but to say out who's the culprits, i RISKED a conflict in working r/s in further.. and there turns out to be a few ppl whom i am talking of, who happened to be in the office then. think they didnt hear me. and last but nt least.. my 2 bosses, 1 claimed i have nth to do.. and compared me to another.. WHEN i am sounding out problems at work to my sup. and my sup also hinted that i didnt lead by example.. which.. i think doesnt lies with if i led by example or nt.. there isnt basic trust between the engineers and the subordinates.. haiz.. nt as if i can do anything to change the situation.

TODAY IS DAMN SHITTY. I REALLY THINK SCHOOLING IS COOL.. WITHOUT EXAMS OF COZ....................

Didn't know the night can feel so cold. Cold and empty. and i am enjoying the numbness from the wind-blowing.

anyway these days in office r all abt one thing: RESIGNATION.

one left last mth, one leaving today, one resigned this week, and i also sounded to my boss if i cant do non-shift work , i will be resigning too. well, this is the hottest trend in my office. but nt encouraging. at least nt before u get ur bonus(irregardless of 13th mth or performance bonus--still some extra cash!)

actually why is there a 13th mth bonus ? anybody tot before this? if nt why nt give 14th mth 15th mth and 16th bonus too? i think the lastest trend will fade off if that is implemented in my company..

Anyway...went for IPT this mth.. siong la.. but gd la, cos now my biceps r getting a bit tougher. Yeah!
