Outings

Just a brief summary of these 3 days.

Wed- Had a mini outing with Yangshan Yujing and Hak Nan. Went to Ding Tai Feng for dinner and after which Billy Bombers for desserts. Held a mini celebration for Yujing's bdae outside Canifornia Fitness Centre. The weather then is gloomy, but seeing Yujing so happy when we celebrated for her, and that makes our day =)

Thurs- Went out with A04 ppl. Haa, i wanted Fish and Co. and since no one objects.. so we dine in at the one at centrept. Shared a seafood platter with JunZhao.
And as usual.. gossiping takes place. hahaz.
And decided to go Coffee club in the end for desserts (again). Had some peach smoothie, and in the end we decided to play Truth or Dare(Dare is nt an option, anyway). And we learnt a lot of secrets from each other. And on the way back with Zhijia, discussed about many serious issues.. not like last time laming around.

Fri- Realli looked forward to today's KTV. Supposed to be a Mickey outing. But we also welcomed our Sioux ppl (Brian and WeiXiong) to join in. 3 hrs of KTV is definitely not enuff for us! We were super enthu that night.. almost plan to extend to 1 am. LOL.. but in the end didnt, cos Linda need to go back early. So opt for sitting ard in Mei Shi Jie having satays and desserts.. and crapped abt LOL.. very fun to crap with them.. esp with Linda ard.. cos her laughter is v v infectious.

Sat- I predict .. LOL... tml ah... Morning confirm bball.. and i will surely be late.. by abt half an hr. Dun scold me guys if u see this..=P And after that shld be lunch and talking abt bball and what ever shit uncles had done to us.. LOL..
Then if got badminton in evening with S21 ppl... then shld be having dinner with them ba.. if not.. hmmm.. maybe will ask Hanlip, Andy and WeiBing for lan.. LOL.. so well planned.. LOL.. and again dun scold me.. cos i am onli planning ahead.. no one is a substitute in the plan ah..Just a bit self-centred here =P

ok .. since i had nt update since last last sunday, shall start from then.

after bball last last sat, i was basically dotaing till wed afternoon, when i went to meet Meiying in the afternoon at Bugis, before meeting ppl of S21. We had a gathering to catch up.

Thurs-Sat: Thurs: First day of Kids' World. Not bad though i feel this time rd the camp wasnt tt lively with lesser kids participatin and also lesser volunteers. My grp had 3 pairs of brothers. And all the kids who turned up are all guys. Volunteers were basically all our frens.. onli GL(Gina) was new to everyone of us. However, the kids r so spontaneous.. we topped the league for that days' events. Fri: Bought this laptop at 8 flags. Left the laptop in chiewlin's room. Had amazing race within NTU campus. We had fun though it was raining. Ended activities at 530pm. Then went out for dinner at Suntec with bryan, shaoqi, hengswee, chiew lin and linda. Afterwhich shopped for the kids' Xmas presents at Carrefore. Sat: Went for Lunch with Sioux ppl. Then went to SDC with them. Waited for kids to arrive and we took them tour ard SDC. Then took ferry service back to NTU for dinner. Think Sioux is the craziest grp.. the volunteers r simply too hyper compared to other grps. haa, and soon it was time for phototakings before the kids head for home. Dint feel as sad as last yr when they left us. Anyway, this yr saw Chow Woon and Chow Xiong back in Kids' World. heee.. both r v nice kids.. and Sooneng took them under Iowa.

Then i headed to Kester's hse straight after the KW ended. And torn the nite playing mahjong and PS games... then slept in his ultra cold rm.. 9 of us..(hk, jz, yj, yz, zuyao, matkool,me, cg and kes) and next day played PS till ard 4pm and watched videos of ourselves when we were in JC /army ... so memorable. After which headed home..

Xmas is just as usual.Mmm... and hope next yr will have someone special to celebrate it with =)

Burnt my hair today.. literally.

Ok.. that is all.. i am an addict.. dota addict. ask me out for outings to help me curb this addiction.

Work

Yest had a 1 day work at Bukit Merah Central. It is a task to phone all the SMU graduates to remind them to do an online survey. At first i was quite nervous.. but after a while everything seems ok.. and Michelle(the person in charge) is v helpful. Phew.. not a bad experience...didnt get to meet many difficult grads.. most r v easy going.. and can say the list is 80% girls.. and realised all of them sound the same! haaa.. imagine 6 hours of calling.. and some even chatted with me a while haaa.. that is quite nice, but i was scared Micelle might nt like it.. so will cut the call quick. haaa.

Intended to go back with Jo since she is working nearby, but she is having OT that day.. so i left w/o her in the end.

A day like this.

A day like this is like any other day... it is uniquely plain.

talk abt sat first. first a nt so enjoyable bball session. but overall still alright. and then we went to have a late lunch with joyce coming over to find zuyao. after which, me hk cg kester yj and jz went to yj's condo to swim.. and me kes and hk talked real lots of VS stuffs. haaaa.. it is the memories that is sweet , some times being in that situation may nt be sweet afterall.

Then we went to yj's hse to rest and played his Xbox winning eleven. Haaaa.. played 3 games of tag team.. all cant get thru first phase.. sucks.. 4 stars too difficult!! and we all challenged the dribbling game!! everyone of us r determined to beat the clock .. if nt, not dinner for us!! ahaha.. that explained our late dinner that day.. and watched soccer and jacky wu's show at the hawker oppo yj's hse. Then took a walk to Bedok MRT before i head home for dota till late night.

Sun is a day full of dota and nth else.

Today.. yah.. Tiansheng last min org a badminton session with another 2 of his frens. last min as in he called at 12noon and the session is at 1pm. haaa.. last min.

Then, he restringed his racket..and we borrowed a temp racket from the shop owner.. and know wat!? The racket he lent is spoilt.. as in when i tried a half smack,the racket head flew off to the other end of the court and hit the wall.. it became distorted.. and the owner asked me to throw it away.. so dangerous!! luckily didnt hit any one.. !! if nt.. think that person sure bleed like mad...cos can see from the distortion of the flew-off racket head.

Then went to lib to wait for tiansheng after the badmin session. he got this dental appt.. so decided to wait for him and go eat tog.. his frens left first. met meijun at lib again..she's on shift today at tamp branch. haha then she started complaining abt her stuffs.. so funny...cos i just said hi and she started complaining.. think she is v stressed.. but can see she is v dedicated to her work as a librarian. that is gd...and such coincidence! she is taking over sarah's position.. as sarah went for some upgrading course(heard from meijun)

saw that shanghai air stewardess again at lib. nice=) she seemed to be v mysterious.

and decided to go airport , but due to heavy downpour, stayed ard tamp instead.. then walked ard till 7 plus before we head home. saw melisa from ex gp class again. 2 times in 3 days... but didnt get to say hello at all.haha.. last time met her was on 65 after driving lessons.. that is sooooo long ago. then we got chat a lot la.. now i think we r kind of nt familiar anymore.

dota again! this time with sooneng. wah.. he improved.. but still need more teamwork.. haaa.. training him and also improving my skills..

tml gg to work for a day.. hmm hope the job is nice.. but the person in charge seemed fine till now.. hope the job will be alright.. well gonna sleep liao.. tata..

Hmmm.. just played a game which i realli see the force of a teamwork. Yesterday too.

Yesterday: played with hanlip in this game. As one player quitted half way, we were short of one player and also our heroes r all pushers, no killers.. tot we will lose this game since the oppo got stunners. But in the end, we managed to turn the tide ard. This game didnt have a main commander. All r doing with teamwork. And we won luckily in the end.

Today: played the most strategical game of dota ever. There is a main commander on our side. Due to his rivalry with other players in the other team, this game is quite tensed.. My team showed good teamwork under the commander's deployments. However, when we r winning, some of the players in my team decided to go for personal glory.. to kill more characters.. instead of playing as a team.. cos they tot they had won the game. i tot too.. we had one leg in it already.. just more pushing and we will win.. in the end, instead of pushing to keep the pressure up. we let the enemies have more breathing space.. and that led to the downfall of the team. The leader is very accurate and can see he is v experienced dota player. can predict what will happen and able to control the game. But once the teamwork is gone, we started to lose.. and there is no way to win back.. cos the game is at its most crucial point when we didnt play according to the plot. I am quite amazed by how strategies can be employed in a game like dota. Interesting game, rivalries aside. Hope to play such games again in the coming days! I will be anticipating such games!

I am an addict now..

Haha.. i am an addict of dota now. too obvious.. but i am feeling sick of it. haha.. cos it disrupts lifestyle. if i didnt install zion, think i will be out in library now.. ok later will still go lib la.. cos dota till i wan to puke. and i wan to get my lap top.. but dunno when la.. damn lazy now..

ROAR! been trying omiknight. Think that hero is a v team player char. Not like my Night Stalker last time. One ultra defensive another ultra offensive. Haha. good mix..

Went KTV with YS and co. then went to meet Zuyao and co. at Vivo for a last min arranged dinner.

Tml is bball again. Time to flex our muscles.

IKEA!

Today received the IA allocation. Got the second choice. CPG at Kallang. 11 students working together. 8 from ENE, 3 from CEE. Well, let us hope everything turns out fine for me!

playing in zion is not as fun as i think.. many ppl r scolding each other. sian.

anyway went ikea just now... simply love the smell of IKEA. The fragrance of pinewood. Ahaaa! anyway, IKEA is big as usual. And ate sth there...the hotdog tastes not bad.

haha, i installed zion in my comp.. since exams r over and next sem is IA.. i am quite safe even if i am addicted to zion.. at least there will be a period for me to adjust to this addiction.. yeah.. so dota more now.. LOL

Actualli i do feel lost like wat YS commented on her blog.. feel suddenly so lost after months of business(pronounced as busy-ness) and so realli feel so weird w/o anything to do.. no planning.. haha but i like it.. slacking for a few days do help! and and tml will know the IA allocation... I CANT LOG ON MY PIN ACCOUNT! sian.. 2 years liao.. havent go CITS to change the password.. since i dunno what is the password and i didnt set prompt Qns..

Ok tml realli feel like playing mahjong at meiying's hse.. her place is v comfy and gave a v chalet feeling! Haa.. wan to gamble a bit though. maybe can ask Lao Da and Zhong to play a rd or 2 at my place with maybe one more keen "gambler".

Hmmmmm.. nth to do.. dun wan to go expo IT fair.. hmm.. ok la.. feel tired liao.. shall go sleep.. cos if i dun, later i surely will wake up when the tv is turned on.. sayonara

No idea why i am nt feeling tired though after the night-long at airport studying till the next day.. and after the paper i onli sleep for 6 hrs! and today i still went for a 4-5 hrs bball session and wondered ard bedok till ard 11pm. elaborate later.
now is 5 am. haa.. not yet tired.. hmm.. and no need to sleep as i have all the time to sleep tml..

Anyway, today's bball session is v enjoyable! Kester is back from Aus, Zhong came to join us though he is having his NUS paper on monday.. Zuyao , Matkool, Kiat, Alvin, HK came too! That is a lot of us liao... and today is nt realli all happy things la.. i am unhappy with tank one and his attitude on court. Think he isnt playing with sportsmanship sometimes.. today his actions just further cement the tot. He stepped on Zhong's feet and didnt release his leg till Zhong fell to his side.. and u know what he said? He said he knew that he is stepping on Zhong's toes and he purposely did that! So fucking unfriendly right? U do it and it is wrong and keep insisting no foul when it is a foul! And he stepped on my toes 2 times.. and is on that injured toe somemore.. i sounded out but he gave that uncaring attitude. I realli felt the pain in toe when he stepped on that hollowing toe.. and he did it twice..he did it on purpose one.. confirm. so tall and have a bigger built.. still wan to do such small actions. doesnt command any respect from me. and also elbowed my throat lor.. and kick my ahemm.. HE is a v malicious player on court how can one be so ruthless.. cannot tahan him.. anyway, heard from the rest that they suffered the same treatment too.. so i am realli pissed off.. Ok la.. i also rough sometimes.. but then..it isnt intentional! No excuse and there is no way i can tolerate U saying tt u KNEW it and purposely did it as if u r in the RIGHT. one word... disgusting

alright.. he isnt that li hai to spoil our mood for today's gathering of the bball gang. cos we simply bo chap him when we wan to play our own bball.. i dun give a damn if he can play or nt today.. bloody fuming.. but i control my temper... now need to voice out.

Then after the bball, we rested and took our time to have our late lunch.
And after the lunch, we went to one nearly bubble tea stall and have some drinks and sat ard the tables and talk abt a lot of things.. a lot of lame jokes and ghostly incidents some of us heard abt or encountered. That is fun time!

After which we crawled our way to the central.. intending to look for a present one. but searched ard for long while w/o results...
and i suddenly decided to play lan.. and arranged with weibin and hanlip.. weibin and ah liang came to look for us and to see kester before me and weibin left for the lan session. v disappointed with bedok's central's lan shop.. the staff is alright, but the system is not good! cant go into west server.. and we had to search for a game onli to start it after 55 mins! a waste of money! and the mouse is v lousy.. the comp is v lagged.. cannot make it.. waste money and we played till v sian.. never ever will go that lan shop anymore..
